Intended End Use
Equipment procured by Jai Maruthi Enterprises is intended for testing, measurement, research, development, validation and performance evaluation activities in engineering applications.

End-Use Declaration
End-use information is stated clearly in procurement communication with suppliers and manufacturers. Where an end-use declaration is required, it is provided on the basis of the actual intended application.

Responsible Procurement
Procurement is carried out against a defined technical measurement requirement. Equipment is selected on the basis of the measurement task rather than general acquisition.

Export Compliance Cooperation
Where suppliers or manufacturers require documentation relating to end use, end user or destination for export-control purposes, such information is provided in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Information supplied in connection with procurement and end use is stated accurately and is not altered after submission. Any change in the intended use is communicated to the supplier concerned.
